The information given hereunder shall be referred to for information regarding the terms of payment and policies that should be adhered to in order to obtain services from Healthliners.
- Direct Payment: No payment shall be made directly in any form to the healthcare service provider unless prescribed by the Customer Care Team or Service Manager of Healthliners. Payment shall be made directly to Healthliners through Online Mode through the website/mobile application or request for a cash/cheque pickup.
- Mode of Payment: Payment can be made directly through the website/mobile application using NEFT, UPI or Cash on Demand Healthliners promote and prefers online payment in advance which enables us to pay our healthcare service providers in time without other complications. For Cash on Demand payment, pickup amount should be more than Rs. 2500. Any amount below it should be paid via online.
- Payment Processing Fee: A fee shall be levied on all invoices generated @ 18% of invoice amount.
- Third Party Payment Portal: In order to facilitate payment through online mode, third party payment portals shall be assigned by Healthliners.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Healthliners shall not be accountable in any manner if any amount is paid to the Healthcare Service Provider. The service fee has to be paid to Healthliners and under no circumstances the amount paid to the Healthcare Service Provider be adjusted with the service fee.
- In case of non-payment of service fee even after 30 days since the overdue date, Healthliners shall be at liberty to move legally and approach the Court of Law.
- Payment shall be made according to the type of service provided and the period of employment of the healthcare service provider as mentioned in the service application submitted by you to Healthliners.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- In case you want to cancel or reschedule any service of the healthcare service provider, you can do so through Healthliners website/mobile application no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date in the absence of which 100% service charge will be deducted.
- In case of cancellation, Healthliners do not guarantee that the same healthcare service provider shall be assigned at the reschedules date or time.
- Healthliners reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment/service without prior notice according to the circumstances.
