Before assigning a healthcare provider to you, Healthliners conduct a background check of the healthcare provider in order to assure genuine and quality services.
- User Agreement: Through the mobile application/website, you are requesting Healthliners to provide services of healthcare providers at your place of residence or any other place as stated in your application for yourself or whosoever the patient is. You undertake to take responsibility of the risks involved and the services rendered. Healthliners shall not be responsible for any unfavourable outcome that may arise during the course of service of the healthcare provider nor can Healthliners guarantee any sort of recovery or change in the condition of the patient in the course of employment of the healthcare provider. Healthliners do not assure you about the accuracy, effectiveness, efficiency or guarantee regarding the service provided through the website/application and we expressly exclude liability for any such instances to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Prerequisites for engaging the healthcare service provider: By submitting your application, you agree that you shall take all the necessary measures to provide a safe working environment to the healthcare service provider and you shall assure that during the course of their duty, the service provider shall not be abused or harassed in any manner; physically, emotionally, verbally or sexually. You agree to create a safe and healthy working environment for the healthcare service provider with necessary sanitation facilities and other important facilities required for the day-to-day working.
- Handling of Patient Information: For the purpose of allotting a healthcare service provider, Healthliners shall collect the data of the user and the patient which include name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, weight and medical information about the Patient relevant to the Service and you agree to provide accurate information about yourself or the patient. Healthliners may distribute the same to those who require such information for the allotment of the healthcare provider. Healthliners may provide this information to the healthcare service provider as it deems fit. In case of any misuse of such data by any of the third parties, Healthliners shall not be responsible in any way.
- Submission of Application: You may submit your application for the allotment of a healthcare service provider by mentioning your personal details, other requirements, type of service required and every other information that is relevant through the application portal on the Healthliners website/application. Your request for service is only accepted when you receive an application confirmation from Healthliners.
- Selection of Healthcare Service Provider: Healthliners may have a large number of healthcare service providers associated with it. Healthliners have the right to allot any particular healthcare service provider as it deems fit according to the need and condition of the patient. Healthliners provide no guarantee in terms of providing the healthcare service provider that you wish for on all time periods and the person allotted may vary according to the demand and other conditions present at that particular time.
- Payment Conditions: You will pay Healthliners through any of the modes prescribed in the payment policy and the same shall not be linked to the expected outcome of the service. The payment can be made only such modes as indicated in the mobile application/website. We use third-party payment service providers to make it easy for you to pay. Healthliners also have the right to cancel an appointment if payments are not initiated within the time limit prescribed.
- Use of Intellectual Property Rights: All the intellectual property used on the Websites by Healthliners or any third party shall remain the property of Healthliners or any other third party as the case may be. You agree not to circumvent, disable or interfere with security features of the Website or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any materials or enforce limitations on use of the Website or the materials therein. The materials on the Website/application may not be modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, sold, compiled, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means.
- Termination of Service: Healthliners have the authority to terminate the service with immediate effect for any particular reason after providing you the information regarding the same through SMS, email or any other mode.
